I had a crash four weeks ago in my car - not my fault. My car is a write off and the other party's insurance, whilst not yet fully admitting liability, sent somebody to inspect my car, a week and a half ago. How soon/long should I expect to receive a payment from them?

well mine was in the same kind of accident sice the other person didnt file i had to wait 1 1/2 months befor they took liabilty
