What are energy conversions in a car and how?

like from chemical to light. It%26#039;ll be from the battery of a car to the headlights which would make it turn on.......|||For the engine, it is chemical energy to mechanical work + waste heat. This is via burning of gasoline.

For charging the battery, some of the mechanical work is converted to electrical energy and then to chemical energy in the battery.|||well, since car consumes fuel, the energy conversion follows this path.

Chemical energy(Fuel) --%26gt; Heat energy(burning of the fuel) ----%26gt; Mechanical energy(pistons to make it run) ---%26gt; some energy directly convert to Heat energy and sound energy ( heat and sound from the engine, and some will be converted to electrical energy(charging of battery)---%26gt; Light energy (lights) sound energy(music players) ---%26gt; then lastly to heat energy.
