How to get insurance and registration without car title?

CONTACT YOUR LOCAL (DMV) DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR OFFICE, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ANSWER ANY AND ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS AND AT THE SAME TIME YOU WILL BE GETTING THE CORRECT ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.|||I don%26#039;t know where you live, but in Wisconsin you don%26#039;t need a title to get either. You will only need to have the year, make, and model of the car and the V.I.N.# ( Vehicle Identification Number) Usually this information can be found on the drivers side door right above the door latch mechanism. Just open the door and look at where the door latch is and there should be a white sticker with the information you need. The V.I.N. can also be found on the upper left hand corner of the dashboard right under the window, it is easily seen through the outside of the windshield looking in on the drivers side. Or if you have an old registration slip you can also use that. Hope this helps, good luck!
