How to fix a broken driver side interior door handle for 2001 Toyota Corolla?

Ok, a long time ago, the handle broke off. My BF taught me how to pull on the nub and still open from the inside. After a few months, it got pulled out and broken. Well, he went ahead and took off the whole handle frame and now its just a hole on the inside of my car door.

When I shut my door, you can hear that something is loose in there. Now, here is the question...

Do I need just a new handle or do I need to get an old door from a junkyard for more parts needed?

Thanks to all!|||salvage handle will work just fine shouldnt need anything else.|||you can get a new one around 20.00 bucks and the noise you here is just the rod cause the handle is missing i would not buy a used handle cause it will be ready to brake to|||the ratteling you hear is the actuating rod for the old handle. salvage parts are an excellent choice-be sure you take the actuating rod lock

piece (probably plastic) cuz yours may be forever missing. remove inside door panel. about a 20 minute job, once you have the parts.|||you can replace just the handle. available at a dealer or wrecking yard if you want to take the time to pull 2 door panels apart!!!|||for now.............remove the one on the rear door ut on the front|||It%26#039;s probably the control rod bouncing around in the door that%26#039;s making the noise you%26#039;re hearing, as it is no longer connected to the door handle. All you need is an inside door handle, and I would go to the wreckers to get one, because sometimes a couple little extra things are needed, and it will be a lot cheaper too.
